Shopify and WooCommerce. I have extensive experience working with both. I also have the knowledge and experience you need to feel reassured that I know what I’m doing when it comes to CRO.

I have been optimising websites for over 10 years, back before CRO was even a well-known term.

I have been doing CRO long enough to know what works and what doesn’t, but I’m still young and ambitious enough to have my finger on the pulse and be up-to-date with the latest developments that will effect your website’s performance.

I recently launched CRO Programs for e-commerce companies on Shopify and WooCommerce platforms so that I can apply my knowledge and experience in these areas. I have crunched the numbers on the conversion rate uplifts I have achieved for Shopify clients over the years and I come out with an average increase of 117%. The actual percentage uplift in conversions on Shopify sites has ranged from 14% – 2,585%, with most falling somewhere in the middle.

Another client saw the amount of time users were staying on their main landing page increase from 0.23 seconds to 2.25 seconds (a time on page increase of 2.02 seconds), giving the user more time to see the company’s value proposition. The conversion rate for this page increased from 0.08% to 2.15% and now the strategy has been proven, it will be rolled out site wide. This gives the company the potential for an unprecedented increase in sales!

I have a personal connection to WooCommerce as ran a highly successful e-commerce website on the platform myself.

My WooCommerce e-commerce website had a conversion rate that was 200% higher than the industry average at the time. The customer acquisition cost for my website was also 20% lower than the market leading competitor because I implemented CRO successfully. Although my website was highly successful, I gave it up to focus on CRO full time, (as this is where my true passion lies). Having run my own company on a WooCommerce platform, I understand its advantages, limitations, common issues and how to fix them.

Having run my own small e-commerce company and co-run a digital agency in the past, I now work as an independent consultant.
