I have been optimising websites for over 10 years, back before CRO was even a well-known term.

I have been doing CRO long enough to know what works and what doesn’t, but I’m still young and ambitious enough to have my finger on the pulse and be up-to-date with the latest developments that will effect your website’s performance.

I recently launched CRO Programs for e-commerce companies on Shopify and WooCommerce platforms so that I can apply my knowledge and experience in these areas. I have crunched the numbers on the conversion rate uplifts I have achieved for Shopify clients over the years and I come out with an average increase of 117%. The conversion rate for this page increased from 0.08% to 2.15% and now the strategy has been proven, it will be rolled out site wide. This gives the company the potential for an unprecedented increase in sales!

I have a personal connection to WooCommerce as ran a highly successful e-commerce website on the platform myself.

My WooCommerce e-commerce website had a conversion rate that was 200% higher than the industry average at the time. The customer acquisition cost for my website was also 20% lower than the market leading competitor because I implemented CRO successfully. Although my website was highly successful, I gave it up to focus on CRO full time, (as this is where my true passion lies). Having run my own company on a WooCommerce platform, I understand its advantages, limitations, common issues and how to fix them.
